I am a teacher by profession.
I took a Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education.
After graduating from college, I applied as an ESL teacher and have been teaching for more than five years.
I have always enjoyed teaching. It gives me satisfaction and meaning to my existence in this world.
Having the chance to teach in various settings such as public school, office-based, home-based, and Sunday school brought me new insights and experiences.
Exchanging conversation in English becomes a part of my daily life. And so, being an English teacher allows me to converse with students who are across the globe.
If “food is the way to a man’s heart”, then I would say English is the key to communicate internationally.
Learning English is fun and educational.
You may find it difficult or boring at first but I assure you it’s never a waste of time.
As you study English, think of how wonderful it is to be able to talk freely and confidently to people who you will meet as you travel from one country to another.
Becoming good at English is not impossible nor a million step away. But rather it is just one step away. So keep on going!
